Born in Hamburg, Germany, I have found my home in the wonderful Cotswolds. Exploring scenes of woods and water, I strive to reflect the complex layers of human emotional response, while ultimately rediscovering the joy of light and life. Each painting is built up over many semi-transparent layers of carefully chosen colours, creating fluid and evocative colour impressions.
